Ceramic fibre based materials are used for insulation in high temperature applications of the order of 1280 C. Our product range includes ceramic fibre braided ropes, tapes, felt, papers, boards, blankets, woven clothes etc. Typical application areas are thermal power plants, furnace linings, boiler insulation, cement kilns etc.
Glass fibre based insulation products are available in various forms like braided ropes, tapes, and clothes for insulation of temperatures upto 500 C. They are extremely light in weight and offer a very cost effective, environmentally friendly, and energy efficient alternative to asbestos insulation.
We also offer glass fibre blankets and loose fibre for use in thermal and acoustic insulation. The blanket is available in different bulk density and can be supplied unfaced or with aluminium foil or kraft paper facing on one side. Typical applications include piping insulation, cold rooms, acoustic insulation and sound proofing, and climate control insulation.
Asbestos fibre insulation is the most cost effective and efficient insulation option and is widely used in all industrial applications. The products available include asbestos cloth, rope, tape, millboard, lagging rope, and asbestos fluff fibre.
Mineral (Rockwool)
Rockwool is a man-made mineral fibre. The vast majority of rockwool used in the world is used for insulation purposes much like fiberglass. It is widely used for insulation in both hot and cold applications like steam piping, heat exchangers, hot air ducting, cold rooms, refrigeration plants etc, and also for acoustic insulation in theatres, auditoriums and studios. We offer the full range of rockwool products including LRB Slabs, Mattresses, moulded pipe sections and loose wool.
